Although Japanese government extensive diplomatic efforts in improving bilateral relationships with Arabian countries, some of the organizations belonging to different Japanese sectors still regard the Arab world as a region of risk. Truly, it is just a sole negative perception of Arabia that hinders these efforts being spent by Japanese government. Hence filling the shortage of knowledge in Arabia is key factor.
